About the role
ShopFully is hiring an AI Architect for Finance, a senior individual contributor in its Strategic Transformation team.
ShopFully is the Milan-based platform that connects 200M+ shoppers with local retail deals (merged with Flipp in 2024, now serving 1,000+ retailers across 27 markets). This role is the principal technical designer of AI across the Finance org. You architect and build agentic AI that automates finance workflows (close, consolidations, variance analysis, management reporting), design multi-agent orchestration (planner, retriever, executor, reviewer) with guardrails and human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and add ML for forecasting and planning. You also set standards for prompt engineering, RAG, memory and agent observability, and partner with Engineering, IT and Security to productionize agents.
Hybrid, Milan. CVs in English (their primary business language).
