About the role
Anthropic is hiring a senior AI Engineer onto GTM Claudification, the team that builds the agents Anthropic's own sellers already work next to. HQ is San Francisco; the posting is remote-friendly with required travel and 25% office time in SF or Seattle.
You take GTM motions (inbound, outbound, pipeline, customer engagement) from prototype to production agents, with evals, human approval gates, and instrumentation that ties tool calls to pipeline. The seat also owns MCP servers, agent skills, and the inner-source repo other GTM builders contribute to. Preferred bar is 8+ years (SWE, ML, FDE, or founder).
