About the role
Irnerius is hiring an AI Engineer to become the first technical hire, building AI-native tooling and processes from scratch for a company that helps professional services firms adopt artificial intelligence. You will develop automations and integrations across internal systems such as CRM, Notion, Claude and GitHub, and contribute to custom technology solutions for clients.
A central part of the role is constructing an evaluation engine to compare LLM performance on professional services use cases, drawing on existing open source benchmarks. You will also act as the technical bridge between the team and emerging client needs, judging what can be built in house versus what requires third party tools, with growing autonomy over Irnerius technology strategy.
