About the role
indigo.ai is an Italian platform for building next-generation AI agents that help enterprises in finance, insurance, utilities, retail, and e-commerce transform customer experience through conversational AI. The company is scaling its technology globally and is hiring an AI Implementation Intern to support the AI Implementation Manager in designing, building, and integrating advanced AI agents and conversational automation solutions using LLMs, workflows, and APIs.
This is a hands-on role for students or recent graduates in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related technical fields. You will translate business requirements into conversational flows, configure AI agents on the indigo.ai platform, set up REST API integrations, structure knowledge bases for LLM consumption, and debug and optimize prompts and workflows.
