This role turns the company's own scattered data (customer base, onboarding, community) into models and self-serve analytics for the team: complex SQL and Python transforms, dataset organization, day-to-day collaboration with product, design and business folks, and teaching others to fish.
They want 5+ years in analytics/data roles and are explicit about the bar: 100+ line SQL models, 1k+ line Python scripts. Nice-to-haves include dbt, Postgres, Redshift and dimensional modeling.
