About the role
Qonto is hiring an Analytics Engineer for the Business Analytics partnership, across Paris, Milan, Barcelona, Berlin, and Belgrade. The company is the European SME finance workspace (600k+ customers, 1,600 people, profitable since 2023).
You own the dbt models that Product, Growth, and Ops Finance actually query. The work is modeling and tests, pushing back when a request would trade reliability for speed, and helping the team move onto Omni plus a real semantic layer. You partner daily with BAs and report to Jules Jeanroy (ex-Spendesk / Brevo).
