About the role
Flinn, a well-funded European health-tech startup, is hiring a Business Intelligence & Automations Engineer to own its entire BI stack and internal automation landscape end to end. Partnering with Product, Customer Success, Sales and Finance, you will turn open business questions into trustworthy answers, safeguard the data behind financial reporting, and keep the company's single source of truth for ARR up to date in HubSpot.
The role spans data pipelines, warehousing and dbt transformations on a modern stack (BigQuery, Fivetran, Omni, PostHog), plus building internal automations with n8n, Make, scripting and AI, from removing manual invoicing work to creating AI agents that act as co-workers.
