About the role
Sporty Group is hiring a Data Analyst to work with petabytes of data, turning it into insights that shape core business decisions. You will build dashboards used daily by product managers, traders, and executives, and produce in-depth reports across the business with freedom to choose your methodology. Analysts also help maintain reporting infrastructure so stakeholders receive accurate, consistent data.
The role sits within a remote-first company and the title explicitly scopes it to Europe. Day to day you will analyse large datasets, define and monitor KPIs, partner with product, marketing, and business teams, and develop self-service reporting frameworks. You will also run ad hoc analysis, validate data quality, and collaborate with data engineering when needed.
