Stripe is hiring a Data Science Manager for its Finance and Strategy team.

The team builds the forecasting models, data infrastructure, and analytics tools behind how Stripe measures and plans its business. That ranges from hierarchical time series and agentic forecasting tools that predict payment volumes and revenue margins, to the governed metrics platform that feeds company-wide dashboards and executive reporting. The work sits close to Finance, GTM, and Product stakeholders and feeds directly into financial decisions across the company.

As manager you own the roadmap and priorities for the team while staying involved in the modeling and design itself. You coach and grow a team of data scientists, recruit new ones, and translate technical work for senior leadership. The role expects real depth in time series forecasting, predictive modeling, and scalable data architecture.
