About the role
DeepHealth is hiring a Director of Data Governance to sit within its Quality, Regulatory, and Compliance function. The role leads the evolution of the company's data ecosystem into a unified, high-quality enterprise asset, owning the strategic design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Data Governance Framework so data is accurate, secure, and ready for advanced analytics and AI initiatives.
Day to day, this means defining and executing a Data Governance roadmap, maintaining the Data Management Policy and Data Governance Charter, facilitating decisions on data standards, and resolving cross-functional data conflicts. You will implement Data Quality Management procedures with KPIs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, define enterprise-wide standards for metadata management, data lineage, and master data management, and partner with IT and Security so pipelines support AI applications within clear security boundaries.
