About the role
Yuno, a payments infrastructure company founded by the team behind Rappi, is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Data Platform team. The company connects brands like McDonald's, InDrive, and Viva Aerobus to more than 300 payment methods through a single API, orchestrating routing and fraud prevention across 80+ countries. The role is fully remote and open to candidates working from anywhere, including Italy.
You will lead a team of data engineers responsible for the platform that processes billions of payment events, owning both people strategy and technical direction. The work spans ingestion, transformation, storage, serving, and observability, supporting fraud detection, revenue analytics, and payment optimization. The role requires experience managing engineering teams, a strong hands-on background in data pipelines and platform architecture, proficiency.
