About the role
Campari Group is hiring a Global Manager Data & Analytics within its Technology & Services organization, based at its Milan headquarters. The Data & Analytics team acts as a strategic central hub for data centricity, managing the data lifecycle, delivering analytical solutions, and leading data governance and literacy initiatives across the group. This particular role focuses on the Finance and Support Functions domains, ensuring finance data and analytics support performance management, decision-making and value creation.
The position is business-driven rather than hands-on technical. You will lead data governance for core finance domains, act as Product Owner for finance and support functions data products, translate business requirements into prioritized data needs for the Data Platform team, and partner closely with function leadership as.
