About the role
Amplifon, the global leader in hearing care retail, is hiring a Global Sales Data Scientist to join its Global Retail Excellence team in Milan. This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics and commercial strategy, with exposure to the entire retail business. You will work on strategically identified data science use cases spanning the full sales journey, from hypothesis generation and experimentation to machine learning models and data visualization products that influence key stakeholders.
The position calls for 3 to 4 years of data science experience, ideally covering time series forecasting, optimization and classical machine learning. You will collaborate across Marketing, CRM, IT and Reporting & Analytics to build shared data products and dashboards. The team works in a hybrid model from the Milan headquarters, with six.
