About the role
Edenred is hiring a Growth Data Scientist to develop advanced analytics and machine learning solutions that support Sales and Customer Management processes. The position sits in a hybrid working model that combines model development with practical application across business functions, and the successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to turn data and insights into concrete actions.
Day to day, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning and advanced analytics models, build predictive models such as churn, cross-sell, up-sell, and propensity models, and translate those models into operational outputs like customer lists, scores, and targeting logics. You will also monitor model performance and business impact, present insights and recommendations to management, and collaborate with Data Engineering and IT.
