About the role
Baker Hughes is hiring a Data Analytics Intern for 2026 to support data analysis, planning, and monitoring of key indicators within a global energy company. The intern will work closely with stakeholders across functions, producing structured analyses and contributing insights that feed into decision-making processes in an international environment.
Day to day, you will help prepare budgets and forecasts, run periodic analyses on organizational data and trends, and build reporting and analytical tools such as dashboards and models. You will also prepare KPI reports, maintain data quality in information systems, and create presentations for management. The program includes focused training, a buddy, and coaching from your manager, plus exposure to Baker Hughes' HS&E culture and its diversity, equity, and inclusion commitments.
