About the role
Capco is hiring a Lead AI Engineer for the Italy AI Lab, hybrid in Milan at Piazza Gae Aulenti. Hands-on senior engineering, not a people-manager-only seat.
You design and own generative and agentic AI systems for financial-services clients: LLM orchestration, agents, RAG, tool calling, evaluation, and observability, from prototype to production. You still write and review code, set engineering standards, and advise clients on architecture.
