Grafana Labs is hiring a Senior AI Engineer for its Grafana Ops, AI/ML team. Grafana is the open-source observability and visualization platform used by more than 20 million people and 3,000-plus companies running the LGTM stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir).
The AI teams build features that help users make sense of noisy observability data: detecting, triaging, and resolving incidents with LLM- and agent-powered workflows. You would own AI features end to end, prototyping quickly with real users and then shipping and scaling what works across the observability stack.
The team values autonomy and fast iteration. You will work cross-functionally with product, design, and data analysts, integrating agentic components with alerting systems, runbooks, and developer workflows. Cloud-native experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and observability tooling are expected.
