About the role
Yuno, a payment orchestration provider, is hiring a Senior AI Engineer for its AI Product Team. You will build and deploy scalable AI products powered by Large Language Models, covering use cases like customer service, fraud prevention, and payment assistance. The work spans prompt design and optimization, integration with payment systems and APIs, and fine-tuning models with payment and user interaction data while following data privacy and AI ethics practices.
You need a proven record of shipping LLM-based products, deep prompt engineering expertise, and strong Python skills with TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS, speech tools like Whisper, and cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure is expected, along with fluent English. The role is fully remote and open to people working from anywhere, including Italy.
