Progress Partners is hiring a Senior AI Product Engineer to own quality on customer-facing AI products used in 160+ countries. Fully remote across the EU, async by default.
This is evaluation, experimentation, and cost control, not prompt writing. You build test sets, run experiments on prompts and retrieval, tie changes to activation and retention, and turn hallucinations into prioritized fixes for Product and Engineering.
