Calendly is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for its Product Analytics team, US-only remote. No immigration sponsorship.
You sit on the centralized Analytics team (alongside Reporting and User Insights) and own product analytics for both web and mobile (iOS/Android). The day-to-day is A/B test design and analysis, event-tracking instrumentation, conversion funnel analysis, cohort retention, LTV modeling, and growth-lever optimization. You partner with the Mobile Product and Engineering teams on adoption metrics.
Stack: Python for advanced analytics and automation, SQL on relational databases, Hex for data analysis and visualization. Statistical methods (cohort, LTV, churn prediction) are core, not a plus.
