About the role
Tem is rebuilding energy transaction infrastructure with an AI native platform, backed by a $75 million Series B, and is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to sit embedded within its commercial team. This is not a reporting-only position: you will own the core commercial metrics that matter, including conversion rate, contracted volume, total sales, and margins, while reporting into the Analytics Manager and setting priorities jointly with commercial stakeholders.
The role centres on pipeline and revenue forecasting accuracy, catching double-counted deals, diagnosing CRM data quality issues, and defining how forecast accuracy is measured against annual targets. You will also carry out opportunity sizing and partner performance analysis, surface risks before they hit headline numbers, and translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for.
