About the role
Correlation One is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to build and operate reliable, analytics-ready data systems that support decision-making across the organization. The role is hands-on and focused on production data quality, with responsibility for key data pipelines and close collaboration with analytics stakeholders. You will help evolve the data platform to be more scalable, trustworthy, and easier to work with, while making pragmatic technical decisions in ambiguous environments.
The position also includes shaping long-term technical vision, designing strategy for components, frameworks, and libraries, and mentoring engineers across seniority levels. You will improve engineering and operational standards and create documentation that supports collaboration and knowledge sharing. The team works with Python, external APIs, batch ELT pipelines, data warehouses, advanced SQL, Airflow, dbt or similar tools, and a cloud environment such as GCP. Experience with CI/CD.
