About the role
Tem is rebuilding energy transaction infrastructure with its AI native platform Rosso, which prices electricity for thousands of businesses and drives thousands of automated decisions daily. Backed by a $75 million Series B led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, the company is scaling internationally and hiring a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead pricing ML within Rosso.
This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role owning the technical direction of the pricing engine that sets fees on every quote, balancing growth, signing probability, portfolio balance, and margin. You will build price optimisation models, develop probabilistic models for imbalance and risk decisions, and partner with software engineers and MLOps to ship production-grade systems. The role suits someone with deep experience in pricing or revenue optimisation ML, strong.
