About the role
Anthropic is hiring a Staff AI Engineer on GTM Claudification, the team that builds the agents sellers already work beside for inbound, outbound, and pipeline work.
You will take those agents from a helper in the loop to motions that run end to end, with approval gates and handoffs that keep sellers in control. The job mixes shipping MCP servers, agent skills, and web apps against CRM and warehouse systems with the eval suites, transcript review, and production instrumentation that prove the agents move pipeline. You will set technical direction for how the team builds and operates agents, and keep a shared codebase that other GTM builders can contribute to.
