About the role
Nord Security is hiring a Staff Analytics Engineer to join Saily, its travel connectivity product serving millions of paying customers across 200+ destinations. This is a founding role on Saily's Data team, where you will own data modeling and schema design end to end. The core challenge is turning raw, unmodelled data into clean, scalable models that both the Data Analytics team and AI systems can understand and use.
You will build a semantic layer with consistent entities, relationships, metrics, and definitions, and set standards for data quality, documentation, naming, and governance. The stack includes SQL, dbt, BigQuery, Clickhouse, Looker, Airflow, and internal analytics tooling. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure models reflect how Saily actually operates, and help shape how Data Analytics functions as the company.
