About the role
Tem is rebuilding energy market infrastructure with an AI native transaction platform, backed by a $75 million Series B led by Lightspeed Venture Partners. The company is hiring a Staff Data Analyst to sit embedded within its commercial team, owning the core metrics that drive the business: conversion rate, contracted volume, total sales, and margins.
This is a senior, decision-oriented role rather than a reporting-only one. You will monitor pipeline and forecast accuracy, resolve CRM data quality issues, size commercial opportunities, and translate retention and renewal trends into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders. You will report into the Analytics Manager while setting priorities jointly with the commercial team. The role requires solid SQL, experience with modern analytics stacks such as dbt and BI tools, forecasting or scenario modelling experience.
