About the role
Holidu is hiring a Staff Data Scientist to work on data science problems across its vacation rental marketplace. The role sits at a senior individual contributor level, so expect to own end to end modelling work, from framing business questions through to production deployment and measurement. You will likely partner with product, engineering and commercial teams to turn data into decisions that shape pricing, ranking, demand forecasting or similar marketplace problems.
As a staff level position, the job also involves setting technical direction, reviewing the work of other data scientists and raising the overall modelling standard across the team. Holidu operates across multiple European markets, so the problems tend to involve messy, multi country data and real commercial stakes.
