Staff Machine Learning Engineer for AI Engines

Qonto is hiring a Staff Machine Learning Engineer on the AI Engines team to ship customer-facing models for 600,000+ SME customers across 8 European countries. The work sits in production finance: GenAI where it helps, classical ML where it is more reliable, with monitoring and no silent failures.

You would own models end to end (train, evaluate, deploy), build the ML Ops layer (drift, retraining, alerts), and embed them with Product, Data Engineering, and Backend. Remote from Paris, Barcelona, Milan, or Berlin. English is the working language. Two IC reporting lines, Data Products or AI Products.
