About the role
Qonto, the European business-banking fintech (600k+ customers), is hiring a Staff Machine Learning Engineer for its AI Product team, with Milan among the base cities.
You would build and ship customer-facing AI products end to end, blending Generative AI with proven ML, from requirements through training, evaluation and production deployment. You would build the ML Ops framework (drift detection, performance tracking, automated retraining, monitoring) and work with Product, Data and Backend Engineers to embed ML into Qonto's financial-services stack, mentoring peers along the way.
