Anthropic is hiring a Staff Software Engineer on GTM AI Engineering to build the agents that run its own go-to-market. Offices are San Francisco and Seattle, 25% in-office, USD pay.
You will ship autonomous inbound, outbound, and pipeline agents, plus evals, MCP servers, and CRM-connected apps. Python or TypeScript, SQL, production LLM work. Eight plus years as staff, SWE, or FDE.
