About the role
ClickHouse is hiring a Technical Customer Support Engineer across EMEA for a role spanning ClickHouse database infrastructure and Langfuse AI observability. The team helps customers running real-time analytics and LLM workloads troubleshoot production issues and improve their implementations.
You will own technical cases across chat, Slack, calls, and community channels, contribute reusable solutions and documentation, support proofs of concept, and work directly in customer codebases. The scope combines OLAP and distributed-systems debugging with LLM tracing, evaluations, prompt workflows, and model-provider integrations. It includes global SLA coverage and an on-call rotation, so this is engineering-heavy support rather than a conventional product engineering position.
Highlights
- Python, TypeScript, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Kafka, Spark, and major clouds
- Seniority is unspecified, so no level is assigned
- Remote across EMEA; Italy is explicitly supported for hiring
- Direct exposure to ClickHouse and Langfuse production workloads
