Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions for Dataskew.io
Effective Date: June 1, 2025
Last updated: August 7, 2026
Welcome to Dataskew.io. By accessing or using our website, content, services, or materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use our platform.
1. Use of Content
All content, including roadmaps, articles, downloadable materials, and visuals, is for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may not redistribute or resell content from Dataskew.io without written permission.
2. Acceptable Use
Dataskew.io is free to use, and we intend to keep it that way. What follows is not permitted:
- Accessing the site through automated means — including scrapers, crawlers, headless browsers, or scripted requests — other than the search and social crawlers explicitly allowed in our robots.txt, or the AI assistants addressed by our llms.txt.
- Bulk downloading, systematically copying, or building a local or third-party copy of the roadmaps, learning materials, projects, or any substantial portion of the site, whether by hand or by machine.
- Circumventing, or attempting to circumvent, any access control, login requirement, rate limit, or technical restriction — including creating a new account to regain access after an account has been closed.
- Sharing account credentials, or using an account on behalf of more than one person.
- Using content from the site to build, train, or enrich a competing product, dataset, or learning platform.
- Any activity that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or that interferes with other users' access to the site.
Normal, personal study — reading pages, following roadmaps, saving your progress, and keeping notes for your own use — is always fine, and nothing above is meant to discourage it.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features (e.g., saving roadmap progress), you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or permanently close any account, and block access to the site, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, where we believe these Terms have been breached — in particular Section 2. We are not obliged to explain the reason, to provide evidence, or to give advance warning, and we may act on the basis of our own server and application logs.
A closure applies to the person, not merely to the account: any further account created to circumvent it may be closed as well. Closing an account does not entitle you to a refund of any kind, and does not waive any other remedy available to us. If you believe an account was closed in error, write to [email protected].
5. Content Accuracy
We strive to keep all content accurate and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of the information. Roadmaps represent guidance and opinions, not professional advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
Dataskew.io and its creators are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of the site, including job outcomes, tool adoption, or interpretation of content.
7. Intellectual Property
All site content is protected by copyright. "Dataskew.io" and its logo are trademarks of Adriano Sanges. Do not copy or republish without attribution and permission.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Contact
For any questions about these terms, contact [email protected].
