Agentic AI & Digital Innovation - Stage Extracurricolare

Intesa Sanpaolo is hiring an extracurricular intern for its Compliance Area in Milan, focused on agentic and generative AI. You will help design, configure, test and evolve AI agents built on Microsoft Copilot, working with teams across the bank to turn manual and recurring tasks into automated workflows. Day to day work includes gathering operational needs from colleagues, assessing feasibility, and translating them into use cases with effective prompts and instructions.

The role also involves providing first line technical and functional support, helping resolve common questions and sharing good practices. Intesa Sanpaolo is a leading Italian banking group with over 20 million customers in Italy and abroad, and it frames this internship as part of a broader push to embed AI into compliance processes.
