Sul ruolo
Jimdo is hiring an AI & Data Analytics Partner to build analytics, AI agents and workflow automations for its People team. Reporting to the Manager Performance Intelligence, you will create a central Tableau reporting suite combining HiBob, payroll and compensation data, improve data quality and help leadership identify workforce trends and process bottlenecks.
The role owns solutions from prototype to production, including system integrations, employee self-service tools and responsible AI guardrails. You will also run workshops and write playbooks so colleagues can maintain and extend automations. Requirements include 5+ years in relevant technical roles, 2+ years delivering LLM and agent solutions, expert Tableau skills and expert HiBob knowledge.
