Sul ruolo
Scalian is hiring an AI & Data Engineer in Milan to build generative and agentic AI solutions, including multi-step workflows with LangGraph and LangChain. The work also covers advanced retrieval-augmented generation and document-processing pipelines for complex business materials, plus integration of locally hosted LLMs within secure, on-premise infrastructure.
The role combines AI development with data engineering and applied machine learning. You will design ETL and data-processing solutions in Python, using Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn to transform varied data and develop predictive and quantitative models. Scalian describes opportunities to work across client projects, develop technical skills, and contribute to R&D or internal initiatives. The position calls for fluent Italian and English and hands-on experience delivering AI-driven solutions.
