AI Engineer | Bari

Lutech is hiring an AI Engineer based in Bari on a hybrid arrangement, working within its AI, Data and Hyperautomation function. The role sits inside multidisciplinary teams delivering client Digital Transformation projects as well as funded R&D initiatives, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI and Agentic AI.

You will design and build scalable AI solutions from requirements gathering through to deployment. Day to day work covers Python applications, services, backends and APIs built on LLMs, RAG and Agentic AI, integration with databases, enterprise systems and knowledge bases, plus RAG pipeline optimisation and multi-agent workflow design. You will also orchestrate cloud and on-prem LLMs, balancing performance, reliability and operating cost, and monitor and test quality across delivered solutions.
