AI Engineer

Lexroom.ai is hiring an AI Engineer to build legal AI systems, working on agent-driven and RAG-based architectures that solve complex legal tasks. The role sits at the intersection of LLM research and production engineering, with responsibility for fine-tuning and post-training models using supervised and reinforcement learning techniques to raise response quality.

You will develop and optimise large-scale search pipelines for LLM-powered agents, implement NLP algorithms to extract and structure information from legal documents, and run end-to-end evaluations to find bottlenecks and guide improvements. The position also involves close collaboration with legal experts to design evaluation protocols and build domain-specific datasets, while maintaining coding standards and rigorous code review.
