Sul ruolo

Nebuly is hiring an AI Engineer to build and operate the models and pipelines behind its enterprise AI agent analytics product. The role covers classification and taxonomy models, data ingestion and enrichment, ROI estimation, PII detection, and LLM inference efficiency. You will also extend AI tooling and automated testing, investigate production issues from enterprise customers, and prototype new AI product capabilities with Product and Engineering.

The position suits someone with 1-3 years of hands-on experience shipping ML or AI systems, strong Python skills, and practical experience with classification and messy real-world data. Nebuly highlights project ownership, direct customer communication, and work that reaches production. Compensation is €50,000-€72,000 gross per year, plus meal vouchers and stock options.
