Sul ruolo

ScaleTech is hiring an AI Engineer on a full-time B2B contract lasting 1-4 months, with part-time arrangements also possible. The work focuses on building and deploying AI agents that automate business processes, including proposal generation, and integrating LLMs into client software and data systems. The role is remote for people based in the EU/EEA.

The engineer will own delivery from prototype through production, select models and tools based on cost, performance, and reliability, and identify further automation opportunities. Applicants should have 5+ years of software engineering experience, at least five delivered AI/LLM projects, experience with several LLM providers and open-source models, and a record of building production integrations and agentic workflows. The role calls for independent work in a fast-moving environment.
