Sul ruolo
Sibill builds an AI powered finance and accounting platform for Italian small businesses and accountants. As an AI Engineer, you will report to the Head of AI and work with data, engineering, infrastructure, product, and design teams to turn financial data into useful customer facing products.
You will develop production AI systems, define evaluations for quality, cost, and latency, and improve existing products based on how customers use them. Potential projects include reranking for automated reconciliation, retrieval and memory systems for AI agents, and training and evaluating a language model for Italian bank transactions. The role also calls for hands on Python and software engineering skills, with end to end ownership across discovery, experimentation, deployment, and iteration.
