TeamSystem is hiring an AI Engineer in its Data, AI & Analytics department, with positions in its Milano or Torino offices. The role focuses on building and evolving AI platforms and scalable software architectures, integrating data pipelines and relational and vector databases, and applying LLMs, prompting techniques, and model customization. You will manage solutions from design and development through production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement, with attention to reliability, security, compliance, and documentation.

Applicants should have at least four years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or related software engineering, plus strong Python skills and experience with modern AI frameworks and generative AI.
