Sul ruolo

Gradient is building decentralized infrastructure for deploying, training, and serving AI systems. The AI Research Engineer will work across machine learning, distributed systems, and on-chain coordination to help make that infrastructure performant, private, and secure.

The work combines research ideas with implementation: designing protocols for model training and inference, building scalable systems for heterogeneous networks and devices, and contributing to architecture, optimization, and reliability. The role suits an engineer with strong programming skills and experience in model training or serving pipelines, plus a foundation in distributed systems, networking, or applied cryptography.
