Sul ruolo

Mollie is hiring an Analytics Engineer I for its Customer Insights team in Milan. The role sits within Revenue Operations and focuses on building dbt models, tests and dashboards that measure adoption, usage and impact across commercial products. You will work end to end from data modeling through stakeholder-facing reporting, helping teams decide which initiatives to improve, expand or stop. The position also involves regular collaboration with application engineers and direct interaction with business stakeholders.

The role suits someone early in their analytics engineering career who has practical SQL and dbt experience and can communicate findings clearly through BI tools. Mollie highlights independent delivery of small improvements, ownership of models feeding personal dashboards, and opportunities for development through feedback, reviews and internal mobility.
