Applied & Agentic AI Manager

Accenture is hiring an Applied & Agentic AI Manager within its Supply Chain & Engineering practice, based in Turin. The role sits at the intersection of business strategy and hands-on AI delivery: you will work with client and sales teams to identify high value use cases, then lead end-to-end delivery from solution design through industrialisation and production. The emphasis is on moving beyond proof of concept toward scalable, measurable solutions.

You will also shape the growth of the AI capability itself, building high performing teams, developing skills and assets, and keeping methods aligned with fast moving developments in Generative AI, Agentic AI and AI assisted software engineering. The position requires solid knowledge of LLM based architectures, RAG, tool and function calling, and agentic or multi agent systems.
