Sul ruolo
Plata is hiring Applied AI Engineers across teams including AI Tools and CRM. The role focuses on building production AI products such as assistants, chatbots, copilots, and internal automation. Engineers work with backend, product, and business partners to turn operational problems into scalable software and ship improvements for customers and internal teams.
The work covers LLM pipeline ownership from model selection through retrieval, prompting, release, and production monitoring. Responsibilities also include improving model quality, resolving production issues, creating evaluation methods and datasets from real usage, and running experiments and A/B tests. Plata seeks experience in machine learning, agent systems, LLM evaluation, and launching AI features from scratch, along with strong autonomy and ownership. Remote work is available within GMT-2 to GMT+5, and relocation support is offered for several hubs.
