Sul ruolo

Sia Partners is hiring an Associate Consultant / Consultant in Data Science and AI Engineering for its Milan office, with hybrid work. The role supports digital transformation projects for clients in Italy and abroad, developing artificial intelligence solutions and helping clients assess transformation risks and opportunities. You will contribute to selecting suitable tools and designing target architectures, while turning technical experience into business insights for decision-making.

The position also includes internal research and development, creating new solutions and use cases, and supporting business development. Candidates need a STEM master’s degree, an initial professional experience in data science or AI, Python skills, familiarity with machine learning and generative AI, and experience with a cloud AI service such as SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML. Professional English is required.
