Sul ruolo

Pinalli is hiring a Data Analyst for its commercial division in Fiorenzuola d’Arda. The role analyzes customer, store, ecommerce, product, pricing, and digital touchpoint data to support commercial decisions. You will work with Analytics, CRM, Ecommerce, Retail, Pricing, and IT teams, developing insights into customer journeys, segmentation, retention, campaigns, omnichannel performance, pricing, promotions, sales, margins, and stock.

The work also includes exploratory analysis, dashboards, and models for forecasting and personalization, alongside organizing data for digital transformation projects. Applicants should have a quantitative or STEM degree, 1-3 years of relevant experience, SQL skills, and quantitative and statistical abilities. Python and initial experience with forecasting, segmentation, experimentation, or machine learning are valued. Pinalli offers a modern internal technology platform and involvement in measurable projects.
