Sul ruolo

DotWorld is hiring a Data Analyst to turn customer journey and product data from its subscription SaaS products into practical business decisions. The role spans acquisition performance, user behavior, conversion funnels, retention, churn, payments, revenue, and risk. You will work with marketing, product, payment, finance, and leadership teams to investigate questions, present findings, and recommend actions.

You will partner with the data team to check data quality, align metric definitions, and measure the impact of experiments and proposed improvements. The role calls for solid SQL, statistical judgment, and the ability to explain analytical results and their limitations to technical and nontechnical colleagues. French fluency is required, with English at B2 or above. DotWorld offers Europe-wide remote work, flexible hours, and collaboration with a growing data team.
