Sul ruolo

Sopra Steria is hiring a Data Engineer to design and evolve cloud data architectures for digital transformation, migration and data value initiatives. The role sits in its Data Analytics & AI team and works with data engineers, data scientists and AI specialists. Responsibilities include building batch and streaming ETL/ELT pipelines, managing data warehouse, lake and lakehouse platforms, integrating machine learning models, and supporting generative AI and agentic systems. The position also covers data quality, security, governance, infrastructure as code, monitoring and CI/CD.

Candidates should have a relevant degree and 2 to 3 years of data engineering experience, with the ability to manage project work autonomously. Core technologies include GCP, AWS, SQL, Python or another listed programming language, workflow orchestration and Git. Databricks, Spark, GenAI frameworks, Terraform and cloud certifications are useful additions. The.
