Data Engineer (L.68/99 - Categorie Protette)

MC Engineering, an IT consultancy with offices in Torino, Milano, Roma and Bari, is hiring a Data Engineer to work on data projects for clients across several sectors. The position is reserved for candidates belonging to the protected categories under Italian law L.68/99, so applicants must fall within that framework to be considered.

Day to day you will design, develop and optimise ETL pipelines, work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB, and use big data processing tools including Apache Spark and Hadoop. Python or a similar programming language is expected, along with at least six months of hands-on data engineering experience and English at B1 level or above. A technical diploma or degree is required. The contract is permanent, with pay aligned to your previous experience.
